A free online booking system for service businesses
The first 100 completed bookings every month are free. For many small massage shops, salons and barbers that is the whole month. No card to start, no trial that runs out.
What is free, exactly
Everything. Your booking page, the calendar, staff logins, confirmations, reminders and review requests are all included from the first day. There is no cut-down free version and no feature held back for a paid plan.
What is counted is completed bookings. Each month, the first 100 are free. The counter starts again on the first of the next month.
What happens after 100 bookings
From the 101st completed booking in a month, the fee is 1% of the revenue recorded for those later bookings, on a statement at the end of the month. Nothing is charged at the moment you cross 100, and a month whose fee would be under 10 baht is waived.
A worked example: a shop with 130 completed bookings in a month, averaging 400 baht each, pays 1% of 30 × 400 = 12,000 baht, which is 120 baht. A shop with 80 bookings pays nothing.

A small shop's income moves with the seasons. A free trial ends on a date, whatever the month was like. A monthly allowance means a quiet month stays free, and you only pay in a month that was clearly busy.
How it compares with the free options you already have
A notebook, LINE chat, or a Google Form cost nothing, and they work until the shop gets busy. None of them knows which therapist is free at 14:00, stops two people booking the same time, or sends a reminder. A booking system does those three things; the question is only what it costs when you use it.
- Notebook: free, but only the person at the counter can see it, and it cannot take a booking at night.
- LINE chat: free, but every booking is a conversation, and nothing stops a double booking.
- Google Forms or Calendar: free, but guests cannot see real free times, and someone still has to check every request.

Common questions
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. You only choose a card or manual payment when you are close to passing 100 bookings in a month.
- Is the free version limited?
- No. There is one version, with every feature. The only thing counted is completed bookings.
- What if I stop using it?
- You can stop at any time. A statement for a month that has already closed is still due; after that, a month with no bookings costs nothing.
