Booking software for massage shops
Your own booking page, built around how a massage shop actually runs: different therapists, very different session lengths, and couples who want to come in together.
No card, no trial countdown. You only pay in months you pass 100 bookings.
Built for the parts other tools get wrong
Sessions are not all an hour
A 30-minute back and shoulder, a 90-minute Thai, a 120-minute package. Each service carries its own length, so a 90-minute booking is never squeezed into a 60-minute gap.
Guests ask for a therapist by name
Regulars have a favourite. Guests pick the therapist they want and see immediately who is free at that time — or choose no preference and let the shop assign whoever is open.
Couples want to come in together
Two people, one service, same time, different therapists. A slot is only offered when enough of your team is genuinely free, so a couple never arrives to find one bed.
A Tuesday at a massage shop
Six therapists, one counter, and a phone that rings while every pair of hands in the shop has oil on it. Nothing below is unusual — it is an ordinary midweek day in a four-bed shop, and the point of walking through it is the two moments where the book on the counter stops helping.
- 10:00Thai massage60 min฿300
The shop opens. A regular has booked with the therapist she always asks for, so she walks in and sits down. Nobody has to look anything up.
- 11:15The phone rings
A guest wants a 90-minute Thai massage at 2pm. Every therapist is on a bed, so whoever answers is doing the arithmetic in their head at the counter: who finishes when, who has lunch when, who is already promised to someone else.
- 12:00Foot massage45 min฿250
Short, and it drops neatly into the gap before the lunch breaks start — but only because the person who took it knew the gap was exactly 45 minutes wide, not “sometime before one”.
- 13:00Lunch, one therapist at a time
Staggered, so the shop is never empty. On paper that is four separate blocks of time that nobody outside the shop can see, and that the person answering the phone has to remember.
- 14:00Thai massage90 min฿450
The booking from this morning. It finishes at 15:30, not 15:00 — and that half hour is a bed and a therapist that a written-down “2pm massage” quietly hides.
- 16:00A couple walks in
Two people, same time, different therapists. Yes or no depends on whether two of the team are genuinely free at once, and working that out honestly takes longer than the couple are willing to stand there.
- 18:30Back & shoulder30 min฿200
The last short slot of the day. Empty most Tuesdays, because nobody outside the shop can see that it is there.
Where the book on the counter gives out
None of that is hard on its own. What is hard is that all of it lives in one book, and the person holding the pen is usually also the person on the bed. Every question — is 2pm free, is she working today, can we come as a couple — costs a therapist an interruption, and a guest a wait.
The other half is the hours. The shop is unreachable from closing until it opens again, and a guest deciding at 9pm where to go tomorrow either sends a message and waits, or books the shop that answered immediately.
The same day with a booking page
Every service carries its own length, so a 90-minute Thai massage takes 90 minutes of a therapist’s day and the 45-minute gap before lunch is offered to something that actually fits it. Guests pick the therapist they want, or leave it to you. A couple is only shown a time when two therapists are genuinely free at once. And the 9pm decision gets made on your page, not in a message you read the next morning.

These land as ordinary services you can rename, re-price or delete. The lengths matter more than the prices — they are what your calendar books against.
Everything else works the same
One link to share, customers who book without an account, messages that send themselves, and a calendar nobody can double-book — that part is the same whatever kind of shop you run.
See how it worksQuestions massage shop owners ask
- Can two guests book a couples massage together?
- Yes — up to four people in one booking. A time is only offered when that many therapists are genuinely free, so a couple never arrives to find one bed. It stays a single booking with one confirmation number: if they move it or cancel it, both places move together.
- One of my therapists is off sick. What happens to her bookings?
- Mark her away and she disappears from the booking page immediately — no guest can pick her while she is out. Her existing appointments are left exactly as they are. Cancelling those is a separate, deliberate step that tells you how many there are first, and it emails every one of those guests, so nobody turns up for a therapist who is not there.
- Do guests have to pay online?
- No. Toosabai does not take money from your guests and there are no deposits — they pay you at the shop, exactly as they do now. The booking page holds the time and nothing else.
- What about guests who book and never turn up?
- Every guest who leaves an email gets a reminder two hours before, sent automatically. If they still do not come, mark the booking a no-show from your calendar: it stays visible instead of vanishing, and your Insights page counts it, so you can tell the difference between one forgetful guest and a pattern.
- My shop closes for Songkran and the odd family day. Can I close whole days?
- Yes. Close single dates, close the same weekday every week, and set a daily break for lunch. If a day you are closing already has bookings in it, you are shown them first — closing never silently cancels a guest’s appointment behind your back.
