How Toosabai works

You add your services, your staff and your opening hours. You get a booking page to share. Your customers do the rest.

Setting it up

  1. 1Add your services and your staffA name, a length and a price for each service. Pick your trade and a starter list fills itself in — rename or delete anything that is not yours.
  2. 2Set your opening hoursOne range a day, a lunch break if you take one, and the days you close. Nothing outside those hours is ever offered to anyone.
  3. 3Share your booking linkOne link for Facebook, Instagram, LINE, your Google Maps listing, and a QR code on the counter.

That is it. Bookings start appearing in your calendar.

About 20 minutes, start to finish — nearer 10 if you have your service list and prices to hand. Photos can wait until later.

What your customer sees

No app, no account, no password. They open the link and book.

  • Pick a service
  • Pick a day
  • Pick a time — only the times that are genuinely free
  • Pick a person, or leave it to you
  • Name and email, and they are done

They get a confirmation with a link to move or cancel it themselves, so a change of plan does not become a message to you.

What you see

One calendar

Online bookings, the walk-in who just arrived, and the two hours you blocked off for yourself — all in the same place.

Nobody double-booked

Two people cannot take the same person at the same time. The database refuses the second one, so it holds even when both taps land at once.

Your staff on their own phones

Each person can have a login showing their own day. They can add a walk-in, mark a no-show, or say they have left for the day — and guests stop being offered them.

What sends itself

  • A confirmation, the moment they book
  • A reminder two hours before
  • A review request after the visit, pointing at your Google Maps page
  • An email to you whenever a booking comes in

In Thai or English, whichever language they booked in.

When not everyone does everything

By default every staff member can perform every service, so a new shop sets up nothing at all. The moment someone only does certain things, say so once — and your booking page stops offering them to a customer they cannot help.

Classes work the same way. Set how many places a session has and customers book in until it is full: a yoga class of twelve, or a muay thai private for one to four people, behaves exactly like a single appointment underneath.
