Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Toosabai (“the Service”), a booking and scheduling platform for service businesses, provided by Toosabai (“we”, “us”). By creating a business account, or by booking an appointment through a business’s Toosabai page, you agree to these Terms.

Each Toosabai account represents one business. Account holders (“Owners”) are responsible for the accuracy of the information they add (services, pricing, staff, availability) and for honoring bookings guests make through their page. Owners are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

Toosabai is offered on a monthly subscription (currently 400 THB/month), billed through our payment processor, Stripe. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full functionality; no payment method is required to start a trial. If a subscription is not active by the end of the trial, or if payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period stated in-app, online booking is disabled but your business’s information page remains visible. Your data is retained, not deleted, while an account is in this state. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Toosabai is a platform that connects guests with the businesses they book through — we are not a party to the appointment itself. Businesses are solely responsible for fulfilling bookings, handling cancellations/rescheduling requests, and any disputes with guests. Guests may cancel or reschedule their own booking using the unique link sent to them by email, without needing to create an account.

Don’t use the Service to collect guest information for any purpose other than fulfilling and following up on bookings, and don’t use it to send unsolicited messages unrelated to a guest’s own booking.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toosabai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed bookings, scheduling errors, or third-party service outages (e.g. our payment or email providers).

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to Owners via the dashboard or email before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
